Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership bills on the 1st of every month. Payment for the first partial period will be pro-rated according to the days remaining in the period. Membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
Pausing your membership
Pauses are permitted for two calendar months per 12 month period and must be for a minimum of one calendar month. Pauses can be extended for injury or illness with sufficient evidence from a healthcare professional at the discretion of the business.
30 days notice prior to 1st of the month you wish to pause your membership is required, with an exact start and end date.
Cancelling your membership
Memberships have a minimum term of two months, six months and 12 months, then continue one billing cycle at a time.
The full minimum term must be purchased for the chosen membership to receive the rate listed. This membership cannot be cancelled early.
30 days notice prior to the start of the calendar month is required to cancel your membership after the minimum term. 30 days notice when cancelling, will leave one full billing cycle.
