As a coach, Mercy’s main focus and passion is helping and supporting people to reach their absolute best. She believes it important for all athletes to have a full and enjoyable experience in the sport of weightlifting, and to be supported throughout.

TSN Strength Assistant Weightlifting CoachSu is a competitive Olympic Weightlifter who in 2020 became U23 English/British champion in her category. Outside of training and competing Su’s focus is on programming and coaching weightlifting, utilizing both new and old school methods to help athletes achieve their best possible results no matter what level they are.
