Nathan loves how CrossFit fosters a training environment like no other, where people encourage each other to progress and achieve their goals. He enjoys coaching a wide range of athletes, from those new to CrossFit to experienced competitors.
Eugy DjuzakovaCrossFit Coach
Eugy brings 11 years’ experience coaching group fitness and personal training. Qualified with CrossFit and British Weightlifting, she is a familiar face across CrossFit boxes in London.

Mercy is an international weightlifter and has competed consistently for Great Britain since the age of 17. As a coach, Mercy’s main focus and passion is helping and supporting people to reach their absolute best. She believes it important for all athletes to have a full and enjoyable experience in the sport of weightlifting, and to be supported throughout.
Su GunnooTSN Strength Assistant Weightlifting Coach
Su is a competitive Olympic Weightlifter who in 2020 became U23 English/British champion in her category. Outside of training and competing Su’s focus is on programming and coaching weightlifting, utilizing both new and old school methods to help athletes achieve their best possible results no matter what level they are.
Sheena O’DowdYoga Instructor
With 4 years’ experience teaching, Sheena brings a nurturing approach to challenge and develop confidence in practicing yoga, building strength and breathwork and encouraging people to explore their edge without being afraid to fall over! Sheena’s dynamic vinyasa flow classes offer an opportunity to build full body strength, stretch and enjoy some well-earned relaxation.
